Data

Datasets generated through research on thermophilic plants provide valuable resources for investigating the molecular and physiological mechanisms that enable plant survival under extreme heat. Making these data publicly available supports transparency, reproducibility, and further research on plant thermotolerance. As additional studies are completed, new datasets will be added to expand the resources available through the PHRAME hub.

RNA-seq Dataset for Tidestromia oblongifolia

RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data generated from studies of heat acclimation in Tidestromia oblongifolia are publicly available through the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Sequence Read Archive (SRA). These FASTQ files contain raw sequencing reads used to analyze gene expression responses associated with high-temperature conditions.

The dataset can be accessed through the NCBI SRA under BioProject PRJNA970737, where individual sequencing runs and associated metadata are available. Files can be viewed through the NCBI web interface or downloaded for analysis using tools such as the SRA Toolkit.
